What is the best way to get to Wellnesshotel Engadin in Samnaun?

You’ll find us in the village of Samnaun – at 1,850 metres above sea level, nestled between five small districts. The journey is uncomplicated and the mountain roads well developed. Parking? Directly in front of the hotel. 

Is there a car park?

Yes – free of charge and directly in front of the hotel. No searching, no dragging your suitcase, just get out and settle in.

Can we ski directly to the hotel?

Yes – in winter, the Zeblas run takes you right to the hotel. If you want to hit the slopes early in the morning, you can ski to the valley station in around 10 minutes.

Is the hotel well situated?

It’s located in the centre of the village of Samnaun – but without through traffic. Quiet, sunny, and close to everything that matters. The Musella lift and the ski bus stop are just a two-minute walk away. In winter, you’re right in the middle of it all – and at the same time, completely at ease.

Do hiking trails start at the hotel?

Absolutely. Whether it’s a gentle walk through the valley or a proper mountain hike – many trails start right on our doorstep. Easy access, great views guaranteed.

When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in from 2 p.m., check-out until 11 a.m. If you arrive earlier or want to stay longer: just ask – we’ll see what we can do.

What are the rooms like?

Our rooms are spacious, cosy, and full of character. Local wood, lots of light, balconies with views, and enough space to unpack, stretch out, and feel good.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, throughout the hotel – free of charge and stable. Perfect for a quick message home or uploading that summit selfie.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes. Just let us know when booking and we’ll prepare everything for you. There’s a small charge (CHF 12.00 per day, excluding food), and on request, your four-legged friend gets their own cosy corner.

Can we bring children?

Of course! We have suitable rooms, flexible mealtimes, and plenty to explore in Samnaun – in summer and winter.

  • Up to 2 years: free of charge
  • 3-6 years: 60% discount
  • 6-12 years: 30% discount (as third person in the parents’ room)
  • 12-17 years (as third person in the parents’ room): 10% discount per day
  • Baby cot: CHF 20.00

What does the wellness area offer?

280m² of warmth, peace, and space to relax: a selection of saunas, a salt grotto, waterbeds, an infrared cabin – everything you need to feel good. No treatments needed – just real relaxation.

What’s on the menu?

Breakfast with everything that gives you energy. In the evening, a set menu or à-la-carte dishes: delicious, crafted with care, and prepared with love. Mostly regional ingredients, tasty bread, hearty cheese – and maybe a glass of wine to go with it. Hungry at lunchtime? Pirmin will happily whip up something tasty à la carte. 

Is it possible to book bed and breakfast only?

Of course. If you’re out and about all day or prefer to keep things spontaneous, B&B is a great choice.

How does payment work?

Cash, card, or bank transfer – whatever suits you best. You can pay either in advance or during your stay.

What’s the cancellation policy?

We keep things fair. The exact terms depend on the season – you’ll find them during booking or briefly outlined here. If something comes up: just let us know. We almost always find a solution.

Changes and cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. The total amount will be charged for late changes and cancellations as well as no-shows. (Arrival day doesn’t count as a cancellation day.) Exception: New Year’s Eve week, in which case cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance. We recommend taking out travel insurance.

Cancellations made up to 3 days before arrival are free of charge. The total amount will be charged for late cancellations and no-shows. (Arrival day doesn’t count as a cancellation day.)

In the event of late arrival or early departure, the full reservation will be charged.
